Dinner was OK. Plate presentation was not very good. $500 for six people (before tip) wasn't worth it. The food tasted good. Just the look of your dinner plate was not what you'd expect for a $58 steak and potato. The menu used to have more entree and appetizer selections. The menu section on entrées says “steaks and chops” yet there are no kind of chops. No pork chops no lamb chops no chops whatsoever. Revamp your menu, restock your bar and decorate your plates. The servers could make more money if the kitchen and bar carried their weight.
My daughter and I have often enjoyed the seafood buffet at French Quarter pre COVID, but this was our first visit post COVID. I had doubts that the present visit would perhaps be disappointing compared to visits previously. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service at our dinner last evening. The food was plentiful and delicious. My only disappointment was that the raw oysters were not very tasty
John and Emily were awesome!! Very good food!! But was expecting a French vibe not sure why I got an Italian vibe?? Expecting French wines n
The food was amazing and our server, Andrea, was great! We were celebrating my parents 50th anniversary and before their arrival I placed an order with her for a dessert. When she brought it out she'd had the pastry chef put it on a decorated board with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate along with strawberries and whipped cream. The service was above and beyond and I would ask for her again! It was a little noisy but only because the band was rehearsing at Louie's and it competed with the music in the casino. It would be nice if the noise in Louie's could be contained so it doesn't compete with the noise on the floor.
Hubby and I decided to visit French Quarter for their “Limited Time, All you can eat Seafood Buffet for $60.00” which started today. I love seafood so I wouldn’t miss it for nothing. We arrived around 8:00pm and was nicely greeted by hostess Rebecca, who made us aware that dining was by reservation. The Ad didn’t state reservation needed, Rebecca was able to get us in at around 9:30pm. Everything was fresh and delicious Blacken Salmon, Oysters, Smoked Salmon, Prime Ribs, Salads, Variety of cheeses, Fried Chicken, roasted potatoes and a variety of Desserts. My mouth is still watering. French Quarter, you’ve won yourself another guests. My family and I will definitely be back. Out Servicer Jasmine was very attentive and polite.
