Halls Chophouse - Charleston

The entire staff really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our waiter, Matt, was particularly outstanding; he took the time to explain everything on the menu thoroughly and made us feel very comfortable. This was definitely the best customer service I've experienced at a restaurant! I can't wait to return.

It was nothing short of a spiritual experience! During our visit to Charleston, we were advised to dine at Halls, and I’m so glad we took that recommendation. As a food enthusiast, I can confidently say I was not disappointed on any front. From the moment we walked in until we left, the personalized service was outstanding. Our server, Megan, was a delight and displayed great professionalism throughout our meal. The steaks were simply divine—hands down the best I've ever had. I also enjoyed the finest Old Fashioned cocktail I’ve ever tasted. Overall, it was a remarkable dining experience from start to finish. Be prepared for a bill that reflects the quality, but in this case, you truly get what you pay for. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend you try it for yourself!

Wow! What an incredible night! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding! Our server, Scott, and our host, Marty, are truly exceptional professionals. As far as service goes, this place is Chick-fil-A on steroids! Everything about this place is amazing and the food was magnificent!
