Leyla came out to greet us over the freshest, most delicious fattoush and tabouleh we’ve ever had. We are locals who keep coming back for more and would encourage anyone who loves fresh vegan, vegetarian, or proteins fit for any omnivore, to come here and enjoy in beautiful, historic downtown Charleston.

Great food and service. The lamb shank is worth going out of your way for. Possibly the best dish I have eaten in Charleston. The owner came around to our table and made us feel very welcomed.

This gem of a restaurant would be easy to overlook, as it's tucked between retail shops on King Street. But overlooking it would be a mistake! Leyla's prices are not cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for: delicious, fresh, authentic Mediterranean food, full of complex flavors and beautifully presented. We’ve had an absolutely amazing experience at Leyla Fine Lebanese Cuisine! Every single dish we ordered was superb, including the desert — Lebanese style homemade ice cream! Even coffee was incredible. The overall ambience of the place was very cozy and comforting as well. Working in New York City I’ve been to many high quality Middle Eastern restaurants before but this place would easily be one of best!! Highly highly recommend!
