Food is great, kitchen staff seem fine. Having a young woman who essentially refuses to speak above a whisper at the register taking orders is a hugely counter-productive move. Failing to remind me about the Pecan Twist I was charged full price for (although I bought a Take 2 and large drink) wasn't appreciated either
This is my first time visiting after a long break. I arrived after 3:40 PM. The dining area was not cleaned. I asked for a table to be cleaned. There was food on the table and floor. I explained that I was dining in however my food was prepared to go. I ordered tomato soup. It was tasty and warm. The hot chocolate was . I enjoyed the almond milk option. Before leaving, the staff started to clean the area, pull the trash and restock the drinks.
That was great. but I had the command for the lock and I had to get it in. they ran out of the broth I had ordered, and I had to get a replacement, but that was okay. I just didn't like to have a tipp on my order, as I had a desire with the wheelchair and still had to go inside.
The food was pretty good as Panera always is, but they were out of several items so we had to pick something different. There was a super long line (to the door and it took about 10 minutes to get to the front to place our order. The poor woman at the counter seemed to be doing everything alone (taking orders, filling orders, answering the phone, etc. The food was ready pretty quickly after ordering. We went on a Saturday at 11:30.
