They did not honor the Open Table priority seating making it pointless to be a part of this service. As for the experience: It was a holiday so I appreciate those who were working, but the service and food was very subpar. I don’t mind spending nearly $50 per person but I only do so at places I trust will offer a great experience. This day they did not.

Both the food and service were excellent, and everyone in our party appreciated it. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend visiting Red Lobster Charleston on Cross Terrace Blvd if you haven't already. While the wait times can vary and tend to be longer on weekends, afternoons are usually a great time to avoid the rush. We arrived at 3 PM, hoping for a shorter wait since it was between lunch and dinner, and we were seated immediately, which worked out perfectly!

They seated us as soon as they were able. The app indicated a 90-minute wait time, but we were seated in just 20 minutes. Great job!

Our waitress, Grace, was fantastic. The crab-filled shrimp rangoons were excellent. For a chain restaurant, the food consistently impresses.

Eating was ordered well prepared. service was excellent, very fast and friendly. I'm sure a picture.
