Starbucks - Charleston

Friendly staff who remember my name and order. Reminds me of a “Cheers Bar” for coffee. Great folks!

This is a great Starbucks! They always get my order right whether it’s in store or via the all. The drive thru gets busy but it moves along at a reasonable pace. If my dog is with me, they always offer her a pup cup. Parking for the store is a bit tight in the front but there’s more in the back if needed. No complaints!

Went here earlier on Sunday morning. My latte took 30 minutes, and I still didn’t get it, I just settled on a coffee instead. My boyfriend had gotten his meal and his frap (and finished eating) and everyone before and after us had gotten their drinks and left. Management didn’t do anything to fix the situation when I asked where my drink was— they just gave me an excuse and said my latte was behind a bunch of drive through orders and will still be a bit. I asked them to just give me a coffee sin … – show

Modern, clean restaurant with friendly staff. They have a convenient drive through as well as two unisex bathrooms. Decent selection of baked goods and bottles for purchase. The seating area is a combination of individual tables as well as group tables.

The atmosphere can be a bit on the noisy side, some sound tiles at the ceiling could improve this drastically. Otherwise order accuracy is good and staff is friendly, but constantly in motion.
