Contribuisci feedbackI placed an order in the app and upon arrival was told the system was down. The lady was of course rude and short with us. We tried to go inside but the doors were locked and they just kept saying the system is down. I’ve contacted the store like 5 times and got no answer. Management is just as poor as the customer service. Still have yet to receive a refund for food I never got or even got a reply. Save your time and go somewhere else.
Please do yourself a favor and never come here!!! Unless you want to lose money. They close the store at random times because they don’t feel like working and then just tell you “our system is down and you need to leave”. And the manager will never get back to you. And corporate will really never get back to you no matter how many times you call and wait on hold. So I’m just out $20. And clearly this is an ongoing problem with other customers too. This location needs to be shut down.

This taco bell on folly needs to shut down. Lived on folly for the past 3 years and everytime I stopped by to grab food for pick up through the app they are either closed or system down. Today I stopped by around 9pm to pick up my order worth $60 they told me their system is down and to go through the app to get my refund. I've done that before and never got my money back, pointless. I will be reporting as fraud. That's stealing money and also lying about system down when they clearly just closed an hour early. Sick of this taco bell!!!? I will be calling corporate
I ordered the chicken chalupa box and got all the wrong things, not even close to what I ordered and I found plastic in my freeze highly don’t recommend this
