Wendy's - Charleston

No change waited 10 minutes food not ready waited 30 minutes. Order wrong waited another 20 min. Food was cold didn't have enough time to take it back. Drive thru time an hour wow. Sorry that's not fast food.

Nice but my fries was cold so that got you a c- sorry

Food is always prepared well and the staff is kind! The wait is just extra long sometimes.

Shady Transactions, Clumsy Service, Disgusting Restrooms: The cashier was instructed by management to ring up my Frosty as one of the Halloween Coupon Booklets. I noticed this when I was reading my order on the screen before I paid. I mentioned that I did not order a coupon booklet and she told me that her manager instructed her to ring it up this way. I wanted to give the Wendy's a shot here in Charleston and I'd say I wish I hadn't really. The food was pricey for fast food and it wasn't very fresh. The service was great, but this location is in a rougher area of town and it does impact the “Atmosphere” if you were to rate it.
