Restaurant has my order wrong and insisted that I pay twice

We had a fantastic time! The red slide was amazing. However, after we finished, we found that the lift to the parking area was blocked off by the center. After struggling to find a way to get to my car, I returned to Megamania for assistance. They not only provided clear directions but also sent one of their staff members to accompany me and the kids to ensure our safety. Thank you so much, Megamania!

Great place BUT it needs a deep deep clean!!!!! And new toys/ soft play and new balls for the ball pit!! You guys have enough money to spruce things up a bit so stop being so stingy and clean properly!! Your surfaces are sticky also!! Just clean properly and you should be checking childrens temperatures when they come into the venue as I notice a lot of sick kids running around!!

My little man loved this place and the staff are good, but there were children who were visible bigger, then the height sign in the small children's playground makes it a little dangerous for my under 12 months

I love bringing my grandson here to play, but only rated four stars because I want to be able to watch him in the play equipment, but can’t, at my age, stand watching him for hours. There are moveable bench seats that could be put against the glass divider, but I was told that wasn’t allowed. That’s a shame. I don’t think there would be any adverse affect if they had them there, but perhaps there’s some concern I’m not seeing. I also wish they did a loyalty scheme. It’s a little expensive here and having some reward scheme would be a nice incentive for loyal customers. I know we’ve been here 5 times in five months. If it were cheaper or a loyalty program we’d definitely come more.
