Contribuisci feedbackKayeleen was very rude for my friend while he ordered. my friend was only in the subway twice, so he doesn't know what they have there. he asked them what kind of broth they had, and she looked at him and said, “How often are you here?” instead of simply saying. then he put his card too early to pay for eating and she said, "you have to wait, I have to put everything in the computer. ‘
I visit this restaurant 2-3 times a week, and the quality and service are always outstanding!
I was not impressed. The food wasn’t fresh, and the bread was not good either. I apologize, but I don’t usually tip well unless I receive good service.
Twice in one week that the gentleman working did not change his gloves in between cashing people out, in a front of me. Same gloves for 4 separate orders. Literally…CHANGE YOUR GLOVES..they cost pennies! GROSS!
We waited in line for 10-15 minutes, only to discover that they only accepted cash. If they had just put up a simple sign saying "cash only," we would have left promptly and quietly.
