Jack In The Box - Charlotte

So I go and buy the thing they call tacos there. These are not tacos. But dang it they are so good and so cheap, I mean you can put ketchup on them and it's even better. When you take a bite, you know it should not taste so good, but it does...It really does, it's a guilty pleasure. God Bless America!

The employees picked up our order without delays, were polite and were not hurrying us to complete our order. I appreciate their patience with us customers. And it is always good to see a face. Thank you all employees at this particularly facility. Will be back soon.

Food was very prompt through the drive through. My tacos were good. I also ordered jalapeno poppers that were burnt/black on the outside. Customer service was very friendly.

Overall I had a great experience. They did forget the meat on my burger but the manager fixed it immediately and then forgot the curly fries I had and fixed it right then. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. Yes they messed up but they fixed a wrong and it was good jack in the box

It was at 9:45 to eat something. the coworker said they forgot to lock and shut the door. I replied that the door says that the lobby is open until 10:00. it was said that the ten minutes away was and the manager wants her to be around 10. the mcdonald is down on the road, was more than happy to take our money.
