Starry Night Café - Charlotte

Starry Night was a wonderful experience with my family. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We ate in a very nice shielded veranda area so we could be outside without worrying about bugs. Each course was spectacular and slowly came out to allow a lot of entertainment and a really great sit down experience. I will definitely bring friends and family here when they visit Vermont, as this restaurant is a real local jewel.

Have visited a few times over the years and have always been impressed at their continuous improvement. But their new chef has taken it to a whole new level. Had the cod dish, which was divine. The desserts were beyond. Service was excellent. One of the best nights out I?ve had in a long, long time.

Chef Robert?s food is an expression of art. His preparation, layering of flavors and presentation are exceptional. Go to Starry Night Cafe and you?ll enjoy one of the best culinary experiences you can find in New England. Be sure to get the smoked muscles!

First time eating at Starry night and it exceeded my high expectations. Everything was fantastic, from the cocktails to the desserts and everything in between. The smoked muscles were a delicious way to start. We ended up ordering 3 of the 4 entrees and ended up sharing/trying all 3 between our group. Between the steak special, swordfish and calamari it is hard to choose a favorite. All 3 had their own unique flavor combinations and were paired perfectly. We ended the night with dessert. The panna cotta was my favorite but the chocolate tart was a close second. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. The new chef is definitely a keeper. Presentation, complimentary sauces, garnish and tastes were outstanding. We come here every year at least once for our anniversary, because it is a little out of our way. But after tonight's dinner, we might have to come more often! And to top off the great experience, our server knew the whole time that our dinner was paid for by a friend and did not even let on! Great staff, excellent food, we will be back!
