Dairy Market Charlottesville

The Moo Thru at the Dairy Market is a nice ice cream spot. Only thing is that it’s pretty expensive for just a scoop of ice cream, but the ice cream itself is pretty decent.Careful if you get the sundae they give you a TON of ice cream with it. Unless you’re quick with scarfing down ice cream (no shame in it! , I’d recommend getting it if you’re sharing with someone or if you’re looking for a very large portion of ice cream otherwise it’ll melt before you get to enjoy it all.I also purchased a scoop of vanilla and went to the Elevate coffee shop right next to it for a quick Affogato (pictured at the bottom . Elevate charges $3 for 1 shot of espresso to pour over it. I don’t think it’s worth the money of purchasing both of them, but if you’re there and you’re into coffee and ice cream it could be a nice treat for you.

This is a really awesome place! The store has a selection of wines and the related snacks (cheese, breads, etc. . The staff was very kind, opening new bottles to allow us to taste before we purchased. The prices ranged from reasonable to a bit pricey, but it is really quality product. Be sure to stop in to their monthly tastings or just grab a bottle while at the Dairy Market!

I am a huge fan of grits and your “**** butcher” grits from Racine, va are one of a kind! We sautéed up your guanciale pancetta with some diced veggies and served on top!! Cannot wait to try the burnt caramel sauce!!!

My new C'ville favorite place to eat. Beautiful, modern food hall. Great natural light, lots of seating inside and out, parking lot on side of building. A great variety of food and treats with something for everyone.

This is a great place to go for family or to meet friends. There are several types of restaurants along with a brewery.Today went there with my family so Issac could go from shop to shop collecting Halloween candy.
