Had seen some bad reviews and was scared to try but I had a good experience with the vegetarian ramen can’t say for any other .
Spicy Miso Ramen 1.7/10Only had the Ramen so can’t speak on anything else but wouldn’t recommend this place for Ramen.
TL;DR: Great, food-market ramen place. This is the type of ramen where if a friend asked for a recommendation, you would point them in Mashu Festival’s direction; but, you wouldn’t go out of your way to recommend.Specific Foods:Spicy Miso Ramen: 7.7/10Chicken/Vegetable Gyoza: 8/10General Wait Time for 1/2 dishes: 10-20 minutesGeneral Comments: The spicy ramen had the right kick. But, I love the heat, so I added some sriracha and that made the ramen even better. Parking is free for the first hour at Dairy Market. Another review mentioned wanting a ramen spoon instead of a regular spoon, and they had real, albeit plastic, ramen spoons when I went!Room For Improvement:1. I would love non-plastic options, but I understand it's a food market.
Spicy miso ramen was solid, full of flavor. The boba tea was good and on the sweeter side.
I was really pleasantly surprised with the poke available here! The service is fast and the workers were very nice.Mashu festival is located in dairy market so there are plenty of places to sit and a lot of parking. Good for groups. I came on a Wednesday for lunch and ordered a poke bowl with tuna, salmon, rice, edamame, cucumber, mixed greens, mango and avocado. I got the house poke sauce and it was really good. The ingredients were simple, clean and the fish was VERY fresh. Very happy about this. The portion was huge. My only change was the mango and tbh the fish were both cut into pieces that were too large. The mango was also so cold it was almost frozen. Overall though all the other ingredients were solid and everything combined (tax tip fees) it was $20 for a large bowl. It's a solid choice and good, but not as much variety flavor or customization options as poke sushi bowl (my fav place in town). 3/5 id eat here again but it's a very no frills experience.
