Starbucks Corporate would be embarrassed and frustrated if they knew about the terrible customer service at this location. It's always busy with students which is great. However, I have consistently experienced poor customer service. The employees chat with each other, actually stopping to make drinks for long periods of time while they chat, apply their lip balm, etc. My drink orders have always been wrong. They don't seem to care about the long wait that their ineffeciency (actually ignoring) causes everyone. Masks.... rarely worn appropriately appropriately. Disaster.
I know a lot of people love Starbucks and I'm not one of them I do not like any of their coffee or their specialty drinks and their overpriced
Terrible service. You end up waiting for 20 minutes for just 1 frappe. The drink was not good tasted sour like something was expired. Really needs a change of staff.
They don't accept my rewards on the Starbucks app! And not very friendly
