This is a classic spot to visit for your needs on the west side of Charlottesville. It's a charming little place I've been frequenting since I was a kid, and they also serve fantastic sandwiches.

You can't get a Frieah sandwich. The staff is useless. Place is a garbage dump. Website is sooo misleading. I am from NY and drove 15 miles to disappoint after reading their website. Stop! Clear me.

I love their food! they have the best sandwiches, their biscuits and gravy is my guilty pleasure and their chicken salad and Avocado salad are among my go to food when I need to pick up lunch. I wish they had their Curry chicken salad more often though! Whenever we have guests that we need to buy lunch for at work, we order from here.
