Three different kinds of local honey, items like goat butter and apricot jam, the moistest chicken I've ever had in the chicken and waffles, fruit, an omelette station, etc--basically just a ton of interesting and delicious food. One of the best breakfasts I've had. And the staff and chef were wonderful.
This place is what you get when you cross Country Buffet with some nicely dressed staffed and a nice space. This is a buffet a terrible one at that. No amount of dressing up will make the food good. But it doesn't seem like they're aiming for it to be good seems like their crowd is mostly senior citizens which is pretty much the target crowd for buffets anyway. Avoid any of the cheesecake or pies as their usually still thawing and half frozen. Actually just avoid this placeand eat anywhere else on the downtown mall
(Connie)The food was fresh, high quality and reasonably priced for hotel restaurant. We had a cobb salad, ceasar with chicken and soup of day. Portions were generous. Wait staff efficient, friendly and accommodating. Very pleasant experience even with Covid-19 restrictions. (Bob) Top notch please. The food is great, Carol is a one of the best Waitress I had and Ken makes terrific drinks. We'll be back.
Our server, Carol was THE BEST! We were delighted with every aspect of our meal. While many restaurants were booked solid on a Friday night, we were able to enjoy a quiet dinner.
Our family came downtown and we stopped by for breakfast today (Sunday). The buffet was very good. Everything tasted like it was prepared made to order (the omelettes actually were since they had someone preparing them for us). We had nine people plus and infant, and it worked out very well for us. The eggs, potatoes and fruit that I ate was all great. Everyone else seemed to like their food as well, we will likely come back again at some point.
