Wendy's - Charlottesville

Food usually comes right and the pommes are mega hot, as advertised. However, it is a coin flip whether the dining room is open or not, and your order takes some time to come to you.

They are pretty fast at getting people through, and it's usually hot and fresh, but always check your order before leaving! Many times we have been a fry short, no sauce, sweet tea instead of unsweet, etc. They're good with no fuss at correcting once you point it out, but I think in their rush to be fast they skip steps

So I told them no ice n the tea so they intentional fill it up so u get let drink ,then I ordered Taco Salad ,get home wife says they left.out the Chili 23$ !! For a burger and basicly a side salad AVOID THIS LOCATION.!!!!

It seems like the staff on duty simply decided not to do their jobs. I called the restaurant while I was at the pickup window and they said that they were closed (they weren’t). At the very least, they could have said they were closed at the pickup window rather than letting people waste their time. I spent 15 mins in line that I wish I could get back. Those employees should be fired.

Went to this Wendy's today and it was the absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I waited for 35 minutes only to find they lost my order. Then they refused to just give me a refund(they wanted me to give them all my personal information so they could mail me a refund? So I asked to speak to the manager Franklin, and they told me he was busy and that I'd have to wait to even speak to him. I counted 8 customers waiting on food, and I'm pretty sure they all walked out without their food or a refund. There was one guy working there that seemed to actually be trying to help everyone, all the other employees were short and rude towards me and everyone else in the restaurant. Won't ever go to this Wendy's again... probably won't ever go to any Wendy's again after today.
