Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This is a great place for my 2-year-old grandson to rest and play. He had traveled from Hughenden to Townsville and met and played with another 2-year-old who was also traveling. The food was okay, but I had a problem with the disability toilet not locking. This was the same issue I experienced the last time I was there. Thankfully, a kind stranger stood outside the door for me.

Mcdonalds australia complained a month ago, for the first time never got an answer. I was also in a couple and overseas and this is by far the most dirty, most non-care factor staff and non-existent customer service I have...every expirienced. I live an hour from here and was there several times this year and they must give it to them, they are in a bad wise. november 2021 visit was the last one ever; they're self-service booths have not produced to pay to pick up their order, since jan 21, it flashes on the screen for 5 seconds and when they try to miss it, explain what they ordered to one of the boring employees or the manager that could not take care less. be them to others and there is no such zero customer contact function. After he got him several times in the run of the year this essential property of the tickets not yet worked I didn't even get a ****, he just went away. sitting there on Thursday at 2 o'clock when it was literally 3 of us inside; chips in a stack on the floor, plumping over the tables and more flying than I saw somewhere, were overflowing and the staff was busy. to do what I don't know. for the first time we got up and left our chaos on the table, because there was no one who wasn't flying over and I didn't want to crack someone else on my hands. but what is worse is that you can't even order over a man on the switch, only the cripple machines that seem to freeze and then give them no number to take. they talk to a worker and they look boring and have zero social skills as they have no one because there is no more interaction with the customer. they stand at the theke, in the hope to speak with a person to order, and they will be annoyed to them and go 'ya order at kiosk!' zero stars if I could go anywhere else in charts, avoid them to all cost.

I need mcdonald so busy driving through, no service. male toilet door broken. no Qr code management.

First of all they messed up our orders, then they threw away all our food! Then when they remade it, it was wrong again, plus the food was just overall terrible.

As usual loos at McDonald's are clean. However the adverts saying how good coffee is at McDonalds are not always relating truth. This coffee was terrible burnt beans is my opinion. I have had coffee at various McDonalds, and while they are...usually ok, they are never great. This was attrocious. We had decided to go in for counter service (loo break), and noticed that the service for drive through was far faster than counter service. We witnessed one lady asking where her order was she said she had been waiting for about 25 minutes. Given her order number she may have been correct too.
