Chase Creek Smokehouse

We got seated right away but it took over an hour to get our food and they weren't very busy. The food was warm at best and not very good. There were 6 in our group and someone ordered chicken strips and potato wedges that were over cooked. The pulled pork sandwich was not hot. The ribs were just ok.

We make a point to stop for lunch when traveling up north.

It all begins 2 days ago We called ahead asked for an 8 top....we 're told no problem. Drove 30min with our friends Showed up and they said they would have a table....they pushed 2 other chairs on a 6 top. So two chairs on end caps to paint the picture correctly. There was 6 people sitting at a 13 top and 3 on a ten top. Was told they had to seat this way as it was those servers turns to be sat. We declined....the manager looked as if I was crazy to question the seating process as if i haven 't been in the service industry for 20 years and didn 't offer an apology or anything. Today my husband was like let 's give it another try....I was hesitant. We arrived and 4 different people kept telling us different things they were clearing a table , One said we had to wait another didn 't know what was going on. They said they were short staffed. I run a business....you Don 't Say That. Never had anyone check up server was worked to the bone. No efficency and no accountability. I cannot even be mad at the staff....this restaurant would make so much more money if they had standards.

Excellent food! Amazing service! ? And one BIG A$ FAN. Lol

My son ordered the Kids fish platter. It wasn't much of a platter at all. 1 fish slice and only 2 mozzarella sticks. This wouldn't even fill a toddler up. Should never have to leave a restaurant still hungry. *update Chase Creek did reach out and made things right*
