Le Pissalat - Châteauneuf-Grasse

The pissalat goes from force to force! a few years ago it was somewhat unorganized and less welcoming. eating on the terrace is now a joy and there is a warm welcome and relaxed, friendly service. the menu is very diverse and it...real is something for every taste including two plates du jour. we spent hours on eating and never felt under pressure. a beautiful, relaxed place for good eating.

We had eaten with some friends in this restaurant at lunchtime. we had to wait more than 35 minutes to get our first dish (pastas, steaks and a risotto) and service was not very friendly. that was good. also the "Café gourmand" was good.

Sometimes a large menu is a care, but we were excellently supplied with a pizza fresh from the often, a pre-placed burger and a calfs eskalope. nice to sit in the quiet gardens for dinner. recommended.

Well prepared local produce which deserves better patronage. Recommend that you give it a try. The burgers are excellent.
