KFC - Chatham

The food at this restaurant was below average and dry, especially compared to other places I have visited. The staff also made a mistake with my order of 2 hot wings, only providing me with 1 piece of chicken instead.

This is pretty much a standard KFC, although it does get bonus points for having American style "order here" and "collect here" sides of the counter.

This store is quite busy a lot of the time but having said that its normally quite quick service.

Very fast service and tasty in comparison to other kfcs in maidstone. strange as it seems that they are good and bad in our experience, which is a good one.

The staff member at the restaurant seemed to have trouble understanding my order. I asked for a 3-piece meal, but they gave me a bucket meant for one person. I have an accent, so it would have been better for them to clarify with me rather than assume. Despite this, KFC is still a good brand and I am happy to give them five stars. However, clarification is important. I went back, spoke with the manager, and paid for another meal.
