Knots Landing Grill - Chatham

This was my second visit in just one week, and I absolutely love the Spinach Flatbread! I also tried the homemade Meatballs and Fried Saganaki, both of which were delicious. I enjoyed an Espresso Martini while waiting for my takeout dinner. The owners, Philip and Sophia, are incredibly gracious and make you feel genuinely cared for. I'm so happy we finally have an upscale yet affordable dining option in Chatham! They have truly become a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. Spread the word!

There was an issue with our attempt to dine here. We waited more than 10 minutes just to receive a menu and were never asked if we wanted a cocktail. It was evident that there was some tension among the staff. We decided to leave, as our dining experience was only getting worse.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The hostess told us it would be 20-30 mins and my boyfriend and I sat at the bar. Then she came up to us 45 mins later and told us it would be another 30-40 mins. We both pointed out that it was already x number of minutes. She told us to ?get our drinks get our sh*t and get out.? It was entirely inappropriate and she was incredibly rude, calling me ?unclassy? and a ?****? for leaving her restaurant. This place is incredibly mismanaged and before this even happened, they were incredibly disorganized and understaffed. The owner herself was the one who cursed us out. Do NOT COME HERE.

What happened. Miss your regular bartender. Menu is confusing. Are you pizza, sandwiches or something else? Ordered a Greek pasta dish at the bar and it was cold. Take out pizza has been disappointing and steak and cheese sub was a soggy mess. Hope you get your act together.

We opted not to order appetizers, just our main meals. I ordered a cheese pizza, while my wife chose a sandwich. Almost 30 minutes later, our food was finally served, but my pizza was burnt—extremely crispy and hard to eat, which is not how it’s supposed to be. My wife said her meal was okay, but overall, we spent an hour and 25 minutes there with our dining area only about three-quarters full. If you decide to try this place, just be cautious with your pizza order; it might come out burnt and quite tough.
