Had a really bad experience here a year ago. I heard there was a staff overhaul, and several friends said good things, so we gave it another go.Much better experience this time. The food was great!I got an email reminder for my birthday that the app had a free slice of cake, so when we went in, I asked, and they said sure!So for my birthday dinner, I got an awesome chocolate explosion slice!Vegetarian options: There are several good options here.Dietary restrictions: Let staff knowParking: During busy times, it's very hard to find a spot close, but there is overflow into the best buy lot behind the restaurantKid-friendliness: The restaurant side is great for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: There are not enough permit spots, and if anyone parks wonky, it's hard to get to the ramp. The door buttons work well, and there are minimal transitions from outside to in.

Excellent food and customer service. I had the mushroom, chicken fettuccine.

When me and bf first walked in got sat down immediately, however no one served us until 20 minutes later no drinks and no greeting.We had a manager step in and serve us our food and drink. We didn’t get a waitress until we got our apps. She asked if we were done our food when we only had our apps. So therefore she had no knowledge what was happening. I’ve never been so disgusted by the service until today. The other times we met the server was always prompt and knew what was happening. Also the food always been pretty decent. However today was bad in general including the food. The pasta I had did not have alot of flavour, the pasta was over cooked and despite it having three different cheeses it wasn’t very cheesy or stringy. My bf had the pizza and it was decent. There was a nice flavour, but that was the only thing that was good beside the takeout container. 105$ later I feel cheated and scammed for my quality of service and food.

Stopped in for a late night burger after moving boxes all day.Service was on point and the burgers were excellent. Thank you, will return.
