We absolutely lo e Wendy's! When we can't decide where to go to eat Wendy's is our default. I love that we don't have to argue about having it too frequently as the family loves it and can choose a variety of things they like off the menu. Also I love the frosty key tags! Use mine all the time!
This is probably the most consistent fast food Chatham has. Always can expect the food to be fresh. The employees almost never forget items unless you've changed toppings on a sandwich. However, I've never seen so much drama in my life! Every time me and my family come there's something going on in this area or lot. Go to this parking lot for some excitement lol
Wendy's is in my top 2 for fast food. The quality is so much better than almost all other fast food restaurants. I don't eat the hamburgers very often, but it's a treat to get their chicken nuggets and french fries. I also really enjoy their salads, especially in the summer, when they have a seasonal strawberry salad. I also like to get the junior Frosty. You can pay a dollar or two at the beginning of the year and get a key chain for a free junior Frosty with purchase, and it can be used for the rest of the year.. And the size is perfect for a desert (200 calories.
I arrived at this location hoping to order ten beef burgers with lettuce instead of bread as buns. I had a question about the patties not containing flour, as I had seen online, and asked for confirmation or a nutrition guide. The staff was unable to provide any information and were quite rude about it. The manager, Lita, refused to take my order and asked me to leave. She admitted she didn't know what was in the patties and didn't seem to care. When I asked if I could order the burgers without buns, she also refused, citing potential allergic reactions. I was simply trying to make an informed choice for myself and my friends, but the lack of transparency and unfriendly attitude made me decide never to return. It's disappointing that the employees, including the manager, are unaware of the ingredients in their products and show no concern for customer inquiries. It's concerning that a manager doesn't know what goes into one of the main items on the menu.
