Royal Stacks - Chatswood

I want to give a shout out to the staff at Royal Stacks. They are always great every time I visit, but today was exceptional. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and didn't think anything of it. Then, someone from the kitchen came up to me to check if I was waiting for my food because nothing had come through. They apologized profusely and immediately started cooking my order. I told them it was no problem at all, as I was in no rush to be anywhere. My food came out just minutes later, and they had upsized my sides and gave me a free large drink! I have waited longer for food at other places, but the staff at Royal Stacks really care about their customers and made sure I was extra satisfied today. Thank you, guys!

We frequent this establishment often and always enjoy their burgers and cheesy fries. I find the burgers to be good, but I think the sauce could use more flavor. The truffle burger is delicious, but it could use some vegetables. The southern chicken burger is tasty and the standard beef burger is fantastic. I wasn't a fan of their mac and cheese croquette. The milkshakes are a favorite of mine and are well worth the money. I highly recommend the salted caramel and Tim Tam flavors. We have been both invited and have returned on our own, and overall, we would rate Royal Stacks positively.
