Tea Journal is a little slice of heaven located in a somewhat hidden part of the Chatswood Interchange, opposite of the post office.
6/10 1) black tee rose pistachio I tasted no black teataste in the cake or cream. had only this weak hauch of rose in the cream, it can also call a fresh cream cake 2) black sesame good black sesame taste in the cream, but not strong enough in the cake.
A super nice place to learn or to get a nice intimate with friends. they have a large selection of tees to choose from. their chiffon cakes are pretty good and not excessively sweet. the menu overall is quite steep in the price.
I had the houjicha latte. Although a little pricy at $5 for a medium sized cup, the fine roasted taste was delicious.
