Carrabba's Italian Grill - Chattanooga

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two escapes from this place and spent over $50 on the two. I ordered by door this and that's what's been done. the chicken parmesan had no pasta with it. the other article is the mezzaluna. the portions were so small that I had to combine the two to make a meal. I complained to door dash and they gave me only $2.73. this is unacceptable and I will not order here again or use door dash!

First I love carrabbas experience here was not the same as many others in many different states where I was. wait for a table for 2 was 20min by 15 o'clock. (they seemed very underoccupied, even tho there were two greetings and a third person who always came back to the front...and the fact that tgere were many open tables) we ordered shimpr 40-45min later the food was delivered. the sampi was cold and overboiled, the roasted brot was cold. the side of the spaghetti was hot. did not get the spade, but we kept the brokkoli because of the time we waited. extra mushrooms were no show. we asked, and they brought mushrooms with sauce. the ceramic dish was hot, the mushrooms were cold. so they brought more mushrooms in a container that was microwaves. I gave 3 stars because the waiter was great, apologized and cared for the best he could. I also understand that it will be substantiated and maybe some inexperienced employees/cooks... fortunately, these carrabba’s will turn around and deliver a better quality eating like most others I go.

Good food, pleasant atmosphere. server has made an excellent job. go back. sampler platter you can experience 3 popular dishes. tee was great.

The food was absolutely SUPERB!!! All 4 of us ordered a different dish we all were blown away! The atmosphere was cozy safe. The service was delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Came in around 6pm food was great then I ordered a hot tea to go! Put a straw in the Togo cup and took a drink! It was boiling hot it burnt my tongue top of my mouth! Went to get the manager and showed her and she was in shock I guess hell I was in shock!! I walked out to calm down! And did! Came back in to talk to the manger and they treated me like I just walked in ! Very rude and defensive male waiter) The head waiter had a attitude the manager kept asking how can we help you ! It was very rude and unprofessional ! I don’t know why they treated me this! They made me fell like I had done something wrong! Guessing trying to run me off! I don’t know! I do know that I can’t taste anything like it burnt my taste buds in my mouth! I’ve had pains inside my mouth all day and a headache! They hurt me and they didn’t asked if I needed to go to the hospital or apologize! Instead I felt like they where attacking me like ! It’s sad !! I’ve always had a good time there! Manager and those waiters should be ashamed and fired !
