Chick-fil-a - Chattanooga

I was not very pleased with this location. The service here doesn't match the quality I've experienced at other locations of the brand. They don't greet you upon arrival or thank you for your business, which I found quite strange. I've even received coupons from corporate due to their poor service in the past. I tried to use one recently, but I still received indifferent service. It seems to be an issue specific to this location. On the bright side, the food was excellent—5 out of 5!

There's an engaging hot topic store right across the street and a video game/tabletop shop next door, so you'll have plenty to do while you wait for your order, regardless of your political views. Food rating: 4/5.

It's really disappointing that this location has stopped offering curbside pickup, especially when there are parking spots available for it. The signs are still posted, but for the past two weeks, curbside service has been unavailable. I'd much prefer not to have to park and go inside the mall to pick up my food, and the location on 153 is always extremely crowded—and, coincidentally, it also does not provide curbside service.

They're usually pretty quick and accurate here. No complaints.

Delicious food. Nice cashier/associate. Very loud and busy.
