Cold Stone Creamery - Chattanooga

We waited in line for 20 minutes and then waited even longer while two girls put us on hold to take a Grubhub order. They seemed to lack urgency and were not very attentive. Our order was incorrect, but we didn't want to wait any longer to have it fixed.

The ice cream at this restaurant is consistently delicious! Michael's exceptional service and positive attitude, even during challenging situations, certainly warrant a raise. It's time for him to have some extra support!

The portions at this restaurant are extremely small. I visited in person and paid $32 for ice cream, which was not enough for the price. I doubt I will return, as this has happened before and appears to be a consistent issue.

Drove across town for ice cream here at 7:30pm the doors were locked. Asked manager why they were closed early and he made excuses that made no sense. Never again. I truly hope they go out of business. Horrible management.

Sitting at Coldstone in Chatanooga and have to say the person that is working is the BEST. Taylor is all alone with a busy store still smiling at everyone and rushing to get everyone served fast and efficiently. Great experience with service and ice cream.
