Fiamma Pizza Company - Chattanooga

Fabulous location with plenty of parking, sweet employees which were very helpful and the pizza was divine!

My wife, daughter, and I went here for lunch. The food was delicious and made by artisans. The pizzas are as delicious as they're beautiful. I recommend dining here for lunch or dinner. The service was great, and the restaurant was very clean.

Great pizza!!! The large arugula salsa was good, it could be a bigger.

I ordered the gluten free pizza and my husband ordered a Neapolitan crust with pepperoni. I appreciate that Fiammas makes their own gluten free crust. Not many pizza places do. They usually use a prebought frozen crust. My ingredients were fresh. I fomy crust be a little bland and the red sauce to be a little too acidic for my taste. Just my preference. I would have enjoyed to have goat cheese on my pizza but it wasn't on the menu. I tried my husbands pizza. The Neapolitan crust was flavorful. Aside from the acidity of the pizza sauce I enjoyed that pizza. My husband wasn't much of a fan he prefers Ny York style pizza. I think it all comes down to personal preference. The staff was friendly and very gratuitous and the restaurant was very clean.

We love Fiama pizza! Food is so good, service is fast and atmosphere is great! They have the absolute best gluten free crust we've ever had. Cant go wrong with ANY kind of pizza in Fiama. They'll always make it right, too, and take care of you. Highly recommend.
