Fresh Pot Cafe - Chattanooga

We stayed three times in the last weeks at Fresh Pot Cafe after we discovered it. Love! We slowly make our way through the entire menu everything is just so dang good, fresh and illustrates the integrity of the owners (which are also the chefs, servers and cashiers). Below is the Spicy Shrimp Sandwich on a Hoagie with the Sauteed Kale Salad, the Louisiana Crispy Fish Sandwich on a Hoagie with the Strawberry Spinach Salat and our appetizer of Fried Yucca with a Chipotle Mayo diving sauce. Very delicious sandwiches with fresh ingredients! Our favorite meals are the fried pork and shrimp and Crispy Grits!

Oh, my goodness! The food and atmosphere here are amazing. The family who owns this restaurant could not be friendlier or more accommodating. I have an unusual food allergy, and they remember every single time to make sure my food is not only delicious, but safe for me to eat. Although it is a small restaurant, their menu is diverse. You never feel hurried, but at the same time, the servers are not intrusive. I have never had a bad meal here. I LOVE this restaurant!

Unbelievable! We followed the signs and understood why we ended up here. MMMmm! We ordered the Quinoa Salad, Yuca Fries, the *Cauliflower Cream Soup*, and threw in a Ciabatta beer just for fun! Lol. Apparently, Ecuador isn’t known for its bread; it's more focused on rice, as we discovered. Our lovely waitress answered our questions about her beautiful country, providing us with some fantastic insights. It’s incredible to realize how expansive life can be and to truly open your eyes to what exists in your own BACKYARD!

Great little restaurant! I tried the shrimp and crispy grits, so delicious! I'll be back for sure. Also got a side of fried plantains with pico de gallo, so tasty. Great food!

Awesome pasta dinner and my all time favorite dessert crème brûlée, it melted in my mouth.
