Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga Downtown

If you're traveling with children, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location. It's right next to the Discovery Museum, just across the street from the climbing gym, and a short walk to the aquarium. Additionally, I can't say enough about the service; the staff here is incredibly friendly. To be honest, while the rooms are clean and comfortable, they’re only average. However, the location and the service more than make up for it. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because, upon our arrival, the pool had just been treated with chlorine to the point where the air in the pool area stung our eyes. Fortunately, this improved over the nights we stayed, but the hotel definitely needs to invest in better ventilation for the pool area.

Rooms: Spotless, incredibly clean, and very comfortable and cozy.

I encountered a minor issue with our room, but it was resolved quickly. Unfortunately, during the room transfer due to this issue, my daughter's stuffed animal got misplaced and was never found. However, the staff was fantastic and always friendly, both day and night. I met the general manager, Brenden, who was incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about our experience. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast every morning of our stay, and there were more than enough options for everyone. The hotel and grounds were well-maintained, clearly reflecting the pride the employees take in their work, which is becoming rare these days. The only downside I experienced was that the pool area seemed a bit lacking and wasn't the cleanest during our visit, but overall I was very pleased with our stay. The location was excellent as well. We will definitely stay here again during our future trips to the area.

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and willing to help with some forgetfulness on our part and attempted to locate a toothbrush to provide. The location is superb; within walking of just about anything you could want to do.Rooms: 5/5
