Imperial Garden - Chattanooga

It was amazing eating, lots of service and on time was everything great?

Been coming to this place all my life. Always good. Miss the old owners. But the new owners seem to be doing ok. Would recommend.

Looks like a generic Chinese strip-center restaurant. In some ways it is. The decor is fairly standard, but extremely well maintained. The restaurant is far cleaner than normal. The quality of the menus, dishes, everything was a step above normal. My fried rice wasn’t great but all of our entrees were excellent. The food was colorful and not cooked to mush. It was some of the best Mu Shu I’ve had in memory. Our waiter wasn’t cheerful, but he was attentive. We’ll be back.

Tonight I ordered Hunan Chicken takeout for dinner. The brown sauce was watery. They give you a nice portion of food, but its not good. Management has changed from bad to worst. I wouldn't recommend.

Easily my favorite Chinese place in Chattanoga. I finally found a place that does cream cheese wontons (without Crab included Thy are soo much better without any crab (soy or otherwise involved). Hot and Sour soup and Egg Drop were both yummy as well
