Contribuisci feedbackOn my visit to Chattanooga Tennessee for a business conference. My business team and I came to this Jimmy Johns to get a bite to eat. Upon entering, we could tell the employees were not the happiest that 15 people just walked into the establishment. We were greeted with attitude and disrespect and the employees demeanor were very unprofessional. I could understand if it was only one employee who was having a bad day, but every employee, including the manager did not seem to care to provide good customer service. I believe in servitude at the highest extent and this place just did not care about their servitude. Jimmy Johns is a place of excellence in all the other one locations but I do not recommend this AT ALL. Please take your money somewhere else. To a place who cares. To a place who doesn’t just see you as another paying customer. To a place you feel WELCOMED.
Visiting from out of town brought literally 11 people to support this restaurant to eat; however, was greeted with the most attitude and disrespect I've ever seen especially from the female in the front. I walked in last in line asking for what bread they had and she gave me attitude saying it's sold out because we used all the bread in our group. Then the manager with the blue hair came in and added fuel with more attitude? The absolute worst service staff I've ever experienced. If this is a representation of the ownership then it's a shame. Please look at this photo and if you see them turn around immediately. For me it's important where my money goes and to know this is the staff? Absolute worst food experience I've ever had. As I'm typing this he is threatening with his coworker to use violence against me for not wanting to spend my money here anymore. Absolutely disgraceful.
On this day, Jan. 29, 2022 3:00pm, a group of 12 friends and I walked into this Jimmy Johns location, a favorite of some, to support the business. One of our patrons asked what type of bread they had and immediately received attitude and a sarcastic response from the female employee in the photo stating how there was no more bread available. I had already paid for my food, so I hadn 't requested a refund due to the only respectful employee in the middle of making my sandwich. The gentleman with the blue hair then proceeded to help resolve the problem with even more sarcasm and attitude. After my friend refused to make a purchase because of how he was treated, the two employees continued to talk amongst themselves making violent threats towards him. I know there are a lot of unnecessary complaints on media nowadays, but I 've never experienced such terrible service from a food service establishment. I literally had to stand there and wait for my food feeling disgusting for even walking in. I highly recommend avoiding ever coming here as long as these people are employed at this location. What a disappointment that this is who is allowed to represent what I though was a respectable business practice. I NEVER put reviews online because of the stigmas behind it. I only downloaded the Yelp app specifically for this. I believe the time I took to type this review just goes to show how uncomfortable this experience made us feel. I hope Jimmy Johns does better in the future.
If I could give them a zero I would. I have given them three different chances as far as ordering from them. Each time it 's been over an hour for delivery. I understand staffing issues but when I called (multiple times) to check on the order they told me that it was our for delivery . My work is only .5 miles sways from the store and should not take over an hour to deliver; especially after you 've been informed (more than once) that is out for delivery. Will be calling corporate.
I ordered a sandwich for my daughter to pick up. The staff thought it was funny to change her order name to VAGINA. When she couldn't find her order under her name they figured out someone had changed her name. Haha so funny. That is disgusting and we threw the sandwich away. Anyone disgusting enough to do that would probably do something disgusting to the food. I called the store and they really didn't care. The guy who said he was the manager just kept saying it was a mistake. What a lie. That was intentional and I'm sure it's some sort of sexual harassment towards a minor.
