Kfc - Chattanooga

It's been a while since I've had fried chicken, but this chicken was incredible and practically fell off the bone. They didn't offer the original recipe for the wings, but the extra crispy option was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Highway 58, for a great experience!

The chicken was extremely crispy. I ordered the number 1 combo; the thigh was fantastic, but the leg was almost as small as the ones you’d get with wings. Aside from that, everything else tasted amazing.

This KFC is outstanding. The dining area is immaculate, and the customer service is top-notch. When I order ahead, the food is always hot, ready, and accurate! The drive-thru is efficient, detail-oriented, and incredibly quick, with friendly service. I've ordered from here multiple times and have never been let down. This location should offer training seminars for other KFCs and fast food restaurants!

It didn't meet my expectations at all. The new Wagyu burger I ordered was very disappointing; it tasted as if it had been microwaved along with the lettuce and tomatoes. For $7, I anticipated a much better experience. Wow! Food rating: 2/5.

The restaurant claims to be drive-thru only, yet there were guests dining inside. The customer service was rude and lacking, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Interrupting customers while they try to place their orders only makes the process take longer and shows a lack of basic manners. This issue at this location needs to be addressed. There are plenty of other places around that serve excellent chicken and treat their customers with respect.
