Best Krystal in Chattanooga. Great staff, great service, high quality food.... Genuine eggs from the shell, instead of evil goop prepared in vases in distant states a month ago served by competitors.

This restaurant is absolutely unappealing, and the management reflects that. There's mold in the air conditioning vents and on the chairs. The grills, shelves, and other surfaces that come into contact with food are not cleaned regularly. Enjoy your visit to the Krystal's on Lee Highway if you dare!

Burgers good, really like new fries. Thomas seems to be the person that takes my order handles the window. Has been very courteous and professional. Great service by him.

I was visiting from Great Britain for a week and had breakfast here on Saturday morning. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. Plus, the bus stop for downtown Chattanooga is conveniently located right outside.

The staff I encountered today were the most unhelpful I've ever dealt with. I asked for extra ketchup and mustard and they only provided us with three of each, claiming that was all they could give us for ten items. It's just so disappointing!
