Mellow Mushroom - Chattanooga

My friends and I wanted to come in and grab a bite to eat. We were attended to and directed to sit towards the back, which we had no problem with. The waiter came out and asked what we wanted, and we all ordered separately. I tried to order just a regular burger—only a burger. Mind you, we were vacationing from Florida, and I had never experienced this type of restaurant before, so it was my first time. Everyone at our table received their orders except for me. I waited and waited, hoping my food would be brought out, but unfortunately, it never was. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received, especially since I had high hopes for this restaurant given how busy it was.

Ask for Ella! The pizza was bomb as usual. But the SERVICE!? A . My partner and I have some dietary restrictions, so we had some questions but Ella was able to answer all of them. She was super sweet, attentive, and fast. She knew what I needed before I could ask. Would return just for the service.

My first time at a Mellow Mushroom, and I was not disappointed! Great service, and the pizza was soooo good. The gluten-free crust was good, and the toppings were delicious.

The Best Mellow Mushroom. Looove the food the atmosphere. Great place to go and eat.

Got sat at 6:30 and didn’t get our food until 8:20. Absolutely the worst service. Food wasn’t even that good to wait that long.
