Portobello's Italian Pizzeria

This was my first time dining in. I have ordered takeout and it was good. I invited my cousin to dinner and I chose the restaurant this time. I ordered Alfredo with chicken. There was two pieces of what they said was chicken and three small chunks that seem to be cut from a strip to make it seem as if I received the proper amount per the meal. We were excited to try this place, but it was just ok. Worth trying once, I'd say though. Cons: staff wasn't very friendly and proportions weren't worth the price. I paid about $15 for only 3 stuffed shells. It looked like what you'd get off a kids menu. At 2 bites per shell.. that's over $2 per bite lol. While it was great, it wasn't THAT great. The food is excellent, but the woman who runs/owns the establishment is rude. I enjoy being treated with kindness and having good customer service when I eat out/patronize a business, so I’d rather support another Italian restaurant.

The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! The crust was thin, the sauce was fresh and it had just the right amount of cheese. The garden salad was crisp and fresh with homemade Italian dressing.

I visited many years ago and I really think I should try it again before expounding on the selections I had. I didn't like the food then but perhaps it's different. I remember not liking the salad or rolls.
