This place is incredibly friendly! The barbecue chicken was a bit less crispy than I prefer, but it was still delicious! The barbecue pork plate with mac and cheese was fantastic, and the baked beans were excellent. The Texas toast was a bit unusual, but with so much food on the table, it didn't matter. And to top it off, we got free dessert! The drinks are massive too!

Why is Google permitting this business to remove negative comments about its terrible management and employee mistreatment? It’s time to stop trying to manipulate the situation and actually FIX YOUR MANAGEMENT! #STAT. I arrived, saw this, and turned around! This is a photo of the sign that this restaurant had the nerve to display. There’s a complete lack of respect for family time and the hard work that the devoted employees have put in.

Upon arriving, you're welcomed by friendly staff and treated to fantastic food without overpaying for excellent barbecue. The hot barbecue sauce is incredible, and they consistently prepare fried okra just right. I truly appreciate these folks and have been a regular for years. I will definitely miss them when I relocate.

Stopped by for a light supper and had the pork baked potato. I think they put butter on it before they topped it with the pork. A packet of sour cream was provided. I topped it off from the bottle labeled 'hot sauce ' which was mildly warm. I 've had betterpotatoes with more toppings. I would try something else if I visit the area again.

We love to get take out and make a meal at home . We get the pork Togo and also the loaded potatoes are good too ! Thanks Hixson Rib and loin . It?s so convenient to have them cook the meat
