Starbucks - Chattanooga

This place has been fantastic for years. Every time I go, I love ordering a drink and then relaxing in the hotel lobby next door. It gives me a sense of elegance, like being on the Titanic—minus all the tragedy, of course.

Clean lobby with great city views and a modern atmosphere. During our visit, everything in the lobby was in perfect order. There was no wait, and the staff were patient while we made our choices. The restroom was also spotless. Although we didn't visit the upstairs lounge, it appeared to be an ideal spot for relaxing or studying away from the main floor where other customers were ordering. With everything so well organized, I can't help but highly recommend this Starbucks!

Fantastic staff! I visited with a birthday reward that wasn’t functioning on the app, but the employees were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were very willing to switch my drink to a frappe. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Had a great experience here last week! The employees cared about keeping their customers happy, were very efficient and were very kind. I was with a friend and her drink was not quite right, they remade it, no question. We appreciated their professionalism as well!
