Cousin went there to get her kid his Minecraft themed donuts for her sons 10th birthday but they didn’t even make them some guy named Tony who worked there told his co-workers over the phone and said the order must’ve “Fell through the cracks” of other orders and hung up without even apologizing or offering a solution to the problem. What an awesome way to run a business by being completely rude to a paying customer Tony.

Ordered custom doughnuts and they were almost $40 for 12. Plus they looks dreadful and has so much thick icing. One of them had a donut hole stuffed back in it make a whole doughnut to decorate. Never going to order again for a party very disappointing. They ask if they are of but what will they do when the party is a hot away? Oh well I know better for next time.

We went to get donuts here because so many people had said their donuts were good. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. Their cases were not filled. Rget were out of a lot of donuts. The 2 I wanted they didn't have any of. They didn't have the one my friends wanted either. My one friend decided to get what they did have. We sampled a few from the ones he bought and they tasted like they were 2/3 days old. The icing on one told you it wasn't fresh. The girl behind the counter was not friendly rither. She just stood there the whole time. I won't be going back. Wasn't impressed at all.
