The Krystal Company - Chattanooga

The window staff were friendly and accurate, I ordered two numbers 3s with drinks and these were the best Krystal burgers I have had in years. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food as always but um a tyt would've been appreciated. A take your time because too much mustard in the middle about killed me with the bite. Ugh. Shake was good but wouldn't have hurt if they'd added a bit more chocolate to it. It's y I always order a vanilla shake. no one can't do a chocolate shake properly anymore.

Been to this one twice now. First time was awful. This time was so much better. Food was brought out fresh and hot. Kudos!

We have the breakfast sculptor. It was good... much smaller than it was used and prices still equal or higher

This experience was unacceptable!!! For service, so selfish from there's own needs, the lack of professionalism shows the company except where the need of the customer behind the employees must hang out the window to pray for cigarettes. Doesn't the management seem appropriate to understand core values for a company to think I want my burgers without pommes to think that coming the next day to fix a problem by just pommes... unacceptable... I ordered my meal together and how it comes... Not something and pieces of the manager's discretion if I had what I need when he says...? Corporate should really look at this issue...
