I have to say it's a must to go to the restaurant. Breakfast Steak, eggs with a bunny evening butter fried balut egg Rotti Quail
I visit this place every time I've been in Chau Doc for almost fifteen years. It has a brilliant location in a quiet courtyard in front of an old, decaying colonial villa, and if it is not for the small plastic chairs and tables, this could be a romantic, upscale dining area. But it's just a basic local food, but that's not a bad thing. I never had a bad meal here. You have an English menu and also offer tourists so that you pay a little more than in other ground street food, but the food is still inexpensive to all standards and I like the atmosphere here.
Great variety on the menu. Fresh food. Delicious. Cold beer. Good prices.
Pretty good food although the waitress forgot one of the platters we ordered. No funny stuff with the bill though, and the portions were such that we wouldn't have been able to finish it anyway. Cheap beer. Quiet setting, away from the road.
