Golden Village - Cheadle

I’ve consistently enjoyed beautifully cooked white fish that is always served at the perfect size! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive, and I always find myself returning for the fish. However, I did have a small complaint: my last two portions of fish were smaller than usual.

Just had a chicken kebab and a donor kebab both wonderful my wife says that it was the best she has had in a while lovely crispy meat just as she likes it (donor kebab). thanks

Best chippy in the area. I visit my mum once a month and I have to go to Cheadle Chippy when I'm there. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly.

On my daughter’s 6th birthday, I said she could go anywhere for her birthday tea.. she immediately said ‘Cheadle Chippy’ it’s my favourite! I mentioned it was her birthday to the lovely ladies in there. When our order was ready, she was gifted with a huge box of chocolates and a five pound note. I felt a little emotional to be honest. What a nice thing to do. We have been regulars for years, but wanted to share this amazing gem of a chippy on counsellor lane, where the food is always hot and delicious and they go over and above for their customers. Thank you for this lovely surprise! ?
