Burger King - Cheektowaga

Our house was in construction, so my man said I'm going to burger king for us, he's coming back and there are no items. calls the load, talks to the manager who asks him if he wants to pick him up another day. No, we want it today or we would have ordered it another day. I go back and asked him for names. austin packs it, slips it into a pocket and slides it over the counter. never turned. I've never looked at myself. not even a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". nothing! bad customer service. I've been restaurant manager for 20 years and that was a hit in the face. time to move.

Eating was good, place was relatiw clean, workers were friendly.

One order in line ahead of me, they somehow miss my order and I'm stuck waiting almost 30 minutes for them to figure it out. No apology for the wait, just attitude. I don't expect much from Burger King but this was pathetic.

Quick and simple.. staff has some attitude adjustments needed but otherwise for a Burger King it was all rightFeatures: No measures taken .. period

It was burger king... You know what to expect. Service was fine, restaurant was clean enough, i had the impossible burger, it wasn 't as good as a burger but was probably healthier for me. ¯ (ツ) ¯
