Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cheektowaga

I highly recommend avoiding this location. I strive to be fair in my reviews, but I can't justify giving this place more than one star. The staff yelled at a man for opening the door without a mask, which I suppose is understandable, but then they ran out of lettuce and mild salsa with tomatoes! They didn't inform us until the order was nearly complete. Just look at the picture—half of my burrito bowl was practically empty! It's disheartening that I spent $20 for basically just rice. The rice is decent, but honestly, the chicken wasn't great either. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the poor customer service and experience.

Just the other day, I went in to pick up my order and informed the cashier of my presence by giving her my name and time. The staff keeps online orders behind the counter rather than on a designated shelf, so even if my order was ready, I would still have to ask someone for it. She checked but told me it wasn’t ready yet. Given that the traffic seemed lighter than usual, I had hoped my order would be out quickly, but that was not the case. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes in front of the same cashier. When I approached her again to ask about my order, she needed to check my name once more—and lo and behold, my order had been sitting right there on the counter the whole time! I can only guess how long it had been there, but if I hadn’t asked, I would still be waiting. When I finally received my burrito, it was cold, yet another letdown. This was 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The customer service here leaves much to be desired, and the online ordering system really needs improvement. There should also be better training for the employees on how to communicate effectively with each other to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Overall, this experience has been a nightmare, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I visited on January 27th around 5 or 6 PM, and it was a complete disaster. The food stations were in disarray, with toppings spilling into one another and dried out in the corners. The floor was soaked with melted ice and water from the snow outside. Almost all the tables were dirty except for one, and there were only three customers in the entire restaurant. It was absolutely appalling. Just take a look at the guacamole they served me; they placed two of the cups at the bottom so I wouldn't notice. It's a health hazard—don't eat here!

Man I hate to leave a 1 star review but if it saves somebody from going here then it’s worth it. You walk in and every table hasn’t been wiped off. No big deal, it was like 1:30 so maybe they were busy. I ordered my food and they didn’t have hot sauce or napkins out so I asked them to fill it and they did. Then I found a hair in the bowl I was eating out of. At that point I threw the rest out. I went to use the bathroom and it was of course disgusting. My main concern was that there was no toilet paper so the toilet was clogged with paper towels and there was NO SOAP or SANITIZER so how are the employees washing their hands. I’m disgusted I ate there. Again, not a big deal individually but clearly this location doesn’t have it together. Fast food is a tough gig, but you can’t have signs saying employees must wash hands before returning to work and then not have soap. I wish I read the reviews. I’ll never eat here again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've never been more disgusted by a Chipotle than this. There was literally food all over the floor, the tables, the counters, stepped in, and trash EVERYWHERE! The staff was rude, they were forcing people to order online, the counters behind the glass service area were abysmal, and the music in the back was so loud they were yelling over eachother to be heard. I ordered online and had to wait for nearly 30min for them to make it, and my bag was then tossed at the pick up shelf. There was old food stuck to my bag and all of my containers were covered in mess. I ended up tossing my food in the trash because I was worried I would get sick if I ate it considering the condition of this location. No one was wearing any gloves or hairnets. I literally watched them touch their phones, face, the filthy counters and then prepare food. Disgusting. A health inspector honestly needs to pay them a visit. This is a major health concern.
