Terrible customer service. I was quoted a 35-minute wait for a pizza and wings, but ended up waiting over an hour. I had requested extra saucy wings, but what I received were dry wings that were barely coated in sauce. Instead of correcting their mistake and sending the proper wings, I was told to take my business elsewhere—a decision I will definitely make. There are many great pizza places in town. The female owner was particularly rude and lacked basic customer service skills. There are plenty of other options, so I recommend you support businesses that treat their customers with kindness.

Delicious fish fry! It was served with fries, coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, and two slices of rye bread!

I used to really enjoy this place, but unfortunately, they seem overwhelmed by the number of orders and customers they now have. They consistently run late with the pickup times they give you and their communication isn’t very friendly. I waited over 20 minutes, and my pizza hadn’t even been made! Even when you call ahead to place an order for a specific time, it's still not ready. And forget about getting food on game days! It's such a disappointment.

Wait times are always double what they tell you and they have horrible customer service. They do make a good pizza though.

Food quality is great. Time management not so much. Placed an order that had a 90 minute pick up. When I arrived 90 minutes later I still had to wait an additional hour. This created a not so pleasant atmosphere as the shop was full of hungry people. I'll still return, but I'll place my order a bit earlier than I need it.
