Moe's Southwest Grill - Cheektowaga

So I love Moe's food. Their Moe's Famous Queso is literally the best. Portions are always good, ingredients are fresh, it's the only place that has a tomatillo salsa that I love. However as other reviewers mentioned, they don't seem to ever include the free salsa. Also had an item missing from the last order; which is never great but DoorDash always makes it right which is greatly appreciated.

I have never been to a restaurant that gets things more consistently wrong. Its never the correct quantity. Its always got wrong ingredients. And sometimes they just give you someone elses order entirely. So shout out to them for winning the worst Moe's Famous Queso award.

The tacos were $6 each and very small in size. The Homewrecker Burrito was good, but also on the smaller side. $40 doesn't stretch very far at this restaurant. Still feeling hungry after the meal! LOL.

The burritos at this restaurant are consistently delicious, always prepared with all the ingredients I request. However, I have never received salsa for my chips when I order. Despite this, I continue to dine here because the food is great and I hope that one day they will finally remember to include the salsa.

The food was delicious, but they forgot to bring us a drink and half of the items were missing tickets to identify them. Additionally, they combined 10 people's orders of chips into only two bags, which was challenging for distribution during the pandemic.
