I’m furious. I get to the shop at 7:50 from a workout to get some food and I see the person inside locking the door, preventing me from getting the food I desire even though I was there before they were closed. The person looked me in the face and didn’t care to let me in. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

So this subway just open back up with new management and honestly, this is now my new favorite subway!! Their Italian herb and cheese bread is always cooked perfectly. They make the best subs and is the best subway in Erie to be honest with you. If you want quick, friendly and perfectly made subs, come here!!!

Love subway but the employees at this location aren't fit to be working with people namely the girl, she is disrespectful and rude. Save your money and find another location dont bother with this one.

Today is October 10, 2020....this will come into play.. I placed my order via website for curbside pickup. When I get to the store and call for them to bring me the food I get I was just about to call you. You are the first person to order curbside and our management has informed us we cannot bring the food to the vehicles due to Covid . People were going in and out of that door and that is safer than bringing the food to a car? And I am THE FIRST person to order curbside at your store? The poor girl was just spewing lies that management was forcing her to say. It 's disgusting and I will NEVER go to this location again.
